Dear Diary, My first day in Cebu. I took a little walk down to Circle Point, a little park that I heard about online which is known for having lonely local ladies hanging about to meet foreigners like me 🙂 It’s also very close to the famed Mango Square, another late-night hot spot to find girls down here. But for today, I just started with a daytime visit to this park. When I arrived, it was quite empty, and just when I wanted to go home, I saw a girl sitting alone, so I took my chances.
